Mr. Jagadish Hiremath
Jagadish Hiremath is a Tool & Die Maker from NTTF – Dharwad and has Post Diploma in Management of Small and Medium Enterprises from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic – Vile Parle, Mumbai. He started his career as Tool Maker, then worked as Design Draftsman on household appliances, Manager – Tool Room and Manager – Engineering Services before venturing out as an Entrepreneur, Founder and Managing Director of Able Design & Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2005. He has hands on experience with various manufacturing processes like Plastic Molding, Sheet Metal Stamping, Die Casting, Precision Machining and Rubber Molding. His expertise includes Tool Design, Product Design (from concept/industrial design, solid/assembly modeling, design validation/FEA, drafting/detailing, prototyping, testing and until up to certification), Reverse Engineering and Plant Layout Design for various industry verticals like Mass Transportation (Bus, Rail, etc.), Medical Products, Commercial Kitchen Equipments, Clean Tech etc.
With 6 years of overseas working experience in Europe and Gulf and with exposure of widely traveling in India and 10+ countries, he has envisaged Sthira Technovations India Pvt. Ltd. as a reliable product company to be headquartered at Dharwad for serving customers in Medical Products, Kitchen Equipments and Mass Transportation industries. As Managing Director of CNC Ballscrews & Bearing Co. Pvt. Ltd., he provides strategic leadership and is committed to carrying forward the company’s legacy of quality, reliability, and customer trust while driving future growth and innovation. With functional expertise in Team Building, Sales and Marketing, Distribution and After Sales Support, Accounts & Finance, HR and Administration, he provides the vision and strategic direction for growth and looks after all operational activities, playing a true leadership role as Managing Director.Apart from being a dynamic entrepreneur to bring in positive changes to society, he is active in social and educational services too. He is an avid traveller, explorer, environmentalist, with special interest in music and books.
